Terms & Conditions for Enterprise Cars 55th Birthday Giveaway
The Enterprise Cars 55th Birthday $20,000 Cash Draw Giveaway competition runs for the duration of June 2024. Entry is only valid to those purchasing (cash or via approved finance) a vehicle during the month of June 2024. Entry opens on the 1st June 2024 from 0800 and closes on 30th June 2024 at 1700. If your entry is received outside of this period, you may be disqualified.
The cash prize for the Competition (Prize) are not transferable. Cash prize will not be paid in cash but will be by direct credit to an appointed bank account 5 days after purchase or 10 days after the finance contract is signed.
Who may enter: To enter the Competition, you must meet all entry criteria specified by Enterprise Motor Group and comply with these Terms.
How to enter: If you do not follow the entry instructions specified by Enterprise Motor Group and otherwise comply with these Terms, you may be disqualified. Incomplete entries may not be accepted. Generally, entries may not be modified after submission.
Number of entries: Unless otherwise specified, you may only enter the Competition once.
Winner: Unless otherwise specified, the winner(s) of the prize will be drawn randomly from one prize pool comprising all valid entries on the date specified by Enterprise Motor Group at the time of entry. Where there are multiple prizes, entrants will not win more than one prize. Where the winner is not determined by a random draw, all judging decisions are made at Enterprise Motor Group’s sole discretion.
Contacting the winner: The winner of the Competition will be announced after determination. Enterprise Motor Group will take reasonable steps to contact the winner by using the contact details provided at the time of entry. If Enterprise Motor Group cannot contact a winner within one week after the winner is announced or if the winner is otherwise unable to accept the prize, then the winner will forfeit the prize and Enterprise Motor Group may select a new winner.
Entries: All entries received by Enterprise Motor Group and any materials submitted with the entry (Materials) will become the property of Enterprise Motor Group By entering the Competition you consent to Enterprise Motor Group copying, reproducing, altering, communicating to the public and otherwise using your entry and any Materials all media, whether known now or developed in the future, in relation to the Competition, or to advertise and promote Enterprise Motor Group (including by publishing your entry and or the Materials, or parts of them, on Enterprise Motor Group’s websites). In addition, by entering the Competition, you agree that Enterprise Motor Group may use your name, photograph for promotional purposes without compensation.
Privacy: Enterprise Motor Group may collect and use personal information about you (including your name, contact details, and any other personal information you provide in connection with your entry) for the purpose of administering the Competition, verifying the validity of entries, contacting winners and checking winners' identities, and marketing the goods and services of Enterprise Motor Group to you. As certain information is required for us to run the Competition effectively, if you do not provide accurate information where we request, you may be disqualified from the Competition. Enterprise Motor Group will collect, use and hold your information in accordance with our legal obligations, including under the Privacy Act 2020. Liability: Subject to any applicable law that cannot be excluded, . Enterprise Motor Group and its employees and agents will not be liable for any loss or damage (whether in contract, tort (including negligence), under statute, equity or otherwise in connection with the Competition or the prize(s)). Without limiting the previous sentence, . Enterprise Motor Group is not responsible for any late, misdirected or incorrectly completed entries, or any technical malfunction, delay or loss of data that occurs in the course of the administration of the Competition, however caused.
General: Enterprise Motor Group’s decisions regarding the Competition are final and no correspondence will be entered into. . Enterprise Motor Group may change these Terms at any time. If . Enterprise Motor Group cannot reasonably run the Competition as planned for any reason, . Enterprise Motor Group may cancel this Competition.
